Hello, We having had several meetings with Salesforce for our service business. We have the bid from Salesforce but the developer they recommended was too expensive for our budget. I am hoping to get a few bids from other CRM developers. We need the CRM put together and will need to have 10 Contractor Plus Licenses, 5 Dispatcher Licenses, 2 Enterprise Licenses and 10 Lightning Scheduler's setup. We do need to scheduler to tie into our website to allow customers to book appointments online.
