Salesforce visual force page to sign up for newsletter

I have three separate newsletters, each one will require a page that will ask for First Name, Last Name, and Email address. We then will check the current org for matching email address. If found we will check the checkbox on the account object. If no email is found we will create a new account and check the checkbox. We will also need to create a response page indicating the end user has subscribed for said newsletter.
