Salesforce send emails from opportunity and store replies and attachments on opportunity

Hello we need to send templated emails from an opportunity to request information from clients, ideally a one click process for the salesforce user.

When the client replies we need the reply stored on the opportunity and attachments added to the opportunity as well.
