Salesforce reports and dashboard

My project involves custom report building for a Salesforce service. The users will have full access to the data and I need the reports and data to be available in the format of Salesforce. I am looking for someone who is well-versed in Salesforce and familiar with custom report building so that I have accurate and reliable reports. The reports must be easy to read and presented in an organized manner using appropriate language and style. Additionally, the dashboard must be configured so that I can easily track and monitor data updates on a regular basis. The chosen freelancer must be able to demonstrate their ability to produce efficient results and produce quality reports in a timely manner.
