Salesforce integration

We need an experienced salesforce developer that can support us developing a salesforce marketplace app that allows us to offer our API services in the area of data quality to salesforce customers.
In the very first phase this means:
1- extending the form to create leads by a lookup section where the user can search for companies
2- the search is executed using our rest api and the results (potential matches) has to be displayed in the form where the user can select a match
3- upon selection of a match the lead is automatically created with the data we provide. Those are the standard field but also some more fields which need to added to the customer object.
This is only the first phase of the app, so it is essntial to setup a proper app, no quick and dirty apps wanted.
