Salesforce campaigns and marketing training

I am looking for an experienced Salesforce consultant to provide me with training on SF campaigns and marketing. My current level of understanding is beginner, but I am hoping to become an expert and be able to effectively deploy campaigns and marketing techniques in my business.
Specifically, I am looking for a working knowledge of lead generation campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and social media marketing campaigns. I hope to improve current marketing strategies, as well as learn new marketing techniques and create reports to better understand Salesforce campaigns.
The successful contractor will provide me with training and support, so I can become proficient in Salesforce campaigns and marketing. This should include a comprehensive understanding of how to set up, manage, monitor, and analyze campaigns and reports.
