Salesforce callout REST api to Stripe

I want to build a number of REST callouts from Salesforce to Stripe API:
1. Create an Account
2. Create a PaymentIntent (‘Manual’ to put a hold)
3. Capture payment/ confirm PaymentIntent
4. Cancel a PaymentIntent
5. Create/Update/Cancel Payout

I want it to be Apex actions to call it from a Salesforce flow.

I'm planning to use this LWC in my flow to capture customer credit cards, and I want it to be for community/portal users: https://github.com/rapsacnz/PaymentForm
