Salesforce administrator / dev

I am looking for a Salesforce administrator/developer to help me with ongoing support for my advanced level of customization.
we are using webmerge and some custom object and processes. We do need someone who had a good knowledge of salesforce for ongoing maintenance and development at affordable rates.
We are based in Australia and so we would only consider candidate in a compatible timezon.
modifications relates to process, automation and user access rights but there will be ongoing improvements
The ideal candidate should have experience with Salesforce implementation and ongoing support, as well as a strong knowledge of Salesforce development and customization.
