Salesforce admin

I'm in need of a Salesforce admin that can help me with reporting. Specifically, I need both creating new reports and modifying existing ones. Of the reports I'd like created, I need a matrix report to be included. With this project, I'd like to be able to keep track of my data and customize the reports as needed for my organization. Being able to utilize matrix reports will enable me to make better use of our data and to better understand our performance.
