Salesforce to WordPress Sync

We have a need to sync a few fields from a Salesforce object to a custom object in WordPress. Our WordPress site is configured to allow SSO via Salesforce but we need to pull fields from either the Contact object or a custom Badge object and populate a value in the WordPress database for a Plug In that will allow or restrict access to specific content. This will be done in our DEV and Sandbox environments for POC and documentation will be needed.
