Salesforce & Twilio Framework Modifications
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need some modifications made to an existing framework in Salesforce that is integrated with Twilio for the WhatsApp API. This framework is used for sending utility and marketing messages.
Here are the primary tasks:
- Adding new text fields in the backend and changing a lookup field to a normal text field with implementation at the backend. Might require making new templates since Twilio doesn't permit editing existing templates (approx. 150 nos.)
- Modifying the text content of the Twilio templates.
- Updating the communication received via email to include new data fields.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Strong experience with Salesforce and Twilio integration.
- Proficiency in creating and modifying Twilio templates.
