Salesforce Timesheet & PTO System Development

Job ID: 38478351

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I'm looking for a seasoned Salesforce developer with expertise in Lightning Web Components to recreate a Timesheet and PTO system initially built on ASP.Net / SQL Server backend in Salesforce.

The system will be based on an existing system we have been using for many years so all functionality and requirements are already known and well documented in a requirements document. We just need to take a small part of the existing system that supports the entry of the information and port that to Salesforce to populate a set of custom objects in Salesforce that are already setup.

Since many of the people who need to make entries are not Salesforce CRM users the system will need to allow for external guest users to access the system through Communities or some other method to make entries.

Key Functionalities:
- Time Entry: The system should record time spent on projects and approvals.
- Leave Management: The system should support employee leave requests and approvals.
- Approval Workflow: The system should include an approval process for time and leave requests.

Integration: The new system must fully integrate with our existing Salesforce environment.

Salesforce Features to Leverage:
- Custom Objects: The system should utilize Salesforce's Custom Objects to handle unique data needs.
- Automations with Flows: The system should incorporate Salesforce Flows for seamless automation.
We can handle most of the automation ourselves as our team has certified Salesforce Admins we just need a developer to handle the code side of the work.
- Lightning Web Components: The system should leverage LWC for an intuitive and responsive user interface.

Ideal candidates will have robust experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Lightning Web Components, and a strong understanding of building systems with similar functionalities.
