Salesforce System Architecture for 30 million + records in a high performing experience site

I need an experience Salesforce architect to assist me transition from a system using custom objects, to one using big objects as I've hit performance limitations due the the volume of data I'm using.

I will only select an individual, NOT a consultancy or agency. You must be Salesforce certified and have experience creating custom facing websites using Salesforce Experiences.
