Salesforce - Synonym Search Custom LWC Module

In Salesforce we have Synonyms search which generally search synonyms added in synonyms group. We want to utilise same functionality for custom LWC components. If it’s possible with same out-of-the-box synonyms group that would be perfect. If not we need to create complete custom module for it.
