I'm seeking a Salesforce expert to establish a robust platform for our service user management. The main aim of this project is to facilitate effective data tracking and reporting.
Key Objectives:
- Build a Salesforce platform that captures user demographics and profiles, as well as their service history and interactions.
- Ability to manage referrals.
- Ensure the platform is standalone, without the need for integration with other systems or tools.
