Salesforce Setup & Training Session
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We already hold an active Salesforce licence with full admin rights, yet the platform is still a mystery to us. I’d like to book a focused, hands-on session—roughly a couple of hours—where you walk me through:
• System setup: tailoring objects, fields, and basic automation so Salesforce matches our workflow.
• Client data upload: preparing a clean CSV and using Import Wizard or Data Loader for bulk upload with dedupe safeguards.
• General operations: day-to-day navigation, creating leads, converting them, logging activities, and tracking opportunities.
Only two team members will attend, so the training can stay fast-paced and practical. Clear explanations, live screen-sharing, and real-time Q&A are essential. After the initial session, I’d like the option to reach out for occasional follow-up questions or an additional hour if we hit new roadblocks.
