Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
We are in need of a Salesforce specialist who can create an unmanaged package from our Service Cloud sandbox and deploy it into a new Salesforce Developer org. The goal is to precisely replicate the current sandbox setup in the new environment.
Key components to replicate include:
- Custom objects and fields: Primarily from case management.
- Reports and dashboards: All relevant ones from the current setup.
- Automation: This encompasses workflows, process builder, and Apex triggers.
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Expertise in creating and deploying unmanaged packages.
- Strong understanding of sandbox replication best practices.
- Ability to ensure all components are successfully transferred and fully functional in the new org.
Additionally, we would appreciate a willingness to participate in a video session to review the sandbox and assess its replicability before deployment.
