Salesforce Schedule Flow for Contact Age

I'm looking for a Salesforce expert to create a Schedule Flow for me. The flow needs to populate the "Contact Age" field based on the "DOB" field for contacts whose birthday is today.

- Record Count: Approximately 200,000 records
- Schedule: The flow should run daily at 7 AM
- Condition: Update records only for those contacts whose birthday is today
