We have just switched to salesforce sales cloud for our business and have completed an analysis on what is required for us to commence using it. We require the following activities to be completed.

* Configure Opportunity record types based on Region
* Configure Opportunity stages included "Portal Account Set-up"
* Trigger an Opportunity task to follow up after a certain amount of days - after account set-up
* Set-up activity tasks
* Duplication rule configured for Account and Contact
* Creation of Roles and Profiles
* Creation of Permission Set
* Configuration of Home pages based on regions
* Set-up User Accounts
* Reports (10) and Dashboards (2) based on Regions
- Lead pipeline per Region
- Lead pipeline for all Regions
- Opportunity pipeline per Region
- Opportunity pipeline for all Regions
- Lead by stages per Region
- Lead by stages for all Regions
- Opportunity by stages per Region
- Opportunity by stages all Regions
