Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
I am looking for a Salesforce expert to assist with our Service Cloud configuration. The ideal candidate should have experience in Salesforce configuration and be familiar with Service Cloud functionality.
Specifically, the project requires assistance with:
- Configuring Salesforce Service Cloud to meet our specific business needs
- Setting up case management, email-to-case, and knowledge base
- Implementing service level agreements (SLAs) and escalation rules
- Customizing service processes and workflows
In addition to configuration, we also require support with user training. The ideal candidate should be able to provide training materials and conduct training sessions for our team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration
- Knowledge of service processes and workflows
- Experience with case management and email-to-case
- Strong communication skills to conduct user training sessions
