About Us:
We are V Ganesh Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd., an international agro trading company engaged in the export and import of pulses, spices, oilseeds, dry fruits, and other agro commodities. We are already using Salesforce but need expert help to structure, automate, and train our team for efficient usage.
Project Requirement:
We are looking for a Salesforce expert or architect from Indore who can visit our office and perform the following tasks:
CRM Structuring & Customization:
Customize Salesforce according to our workflow (Buyers, Suppliers, Products, Contracts).
Create necessary fields, page layouts, and reports.
Automate lead, inquiry, and follow-up processes.
Outlook Integration:
Connect Salesforce with Outlook for sending and receiving emails through a common business email ID.
Ensure smooth syncing of contacts and communication tracking.
Training:
Conduct step-by-step hands-on training for our team on Salesforce usage.
Explain how to manage contacts, leads, and reports efficiently.
Provide basic documentation or video walkthrough for future reference.
Optional (if time allows):
Help clean and organize existing data.
Create templates for follow-ups and contracts.
What We Expect:
Proven experience in Salesforce setup, customization, and Outlook integration.
Ability to train non-technical users in simple language.
Available to work onsite at our Indore office.
Can complete setup and training within 5–7 days.
