Salesforce Maps Setup & Territory Assignment
Budget: $20 – $30 USD
I need an expert who can setup Salesforce Maps, and get it ready for territory management that uses a mix of geographic regions & assigned owners. I already have a clean spreadsheet of Business Account addresses; what’s missing is the know-how to import that data, geocode it correctly, and link each account to the right territory. We have the addresses uploaded to Salesforce as well.
What I expect:
• Purchase & Configure Salesforce Maps.
• My Business Account addresses geocoded, and verified so every pin drops where it should.
• Territory model built around geographic boundaries (Zips, States, Counties - and by circling areas on a map as well - circling the region/area and assigning an Owner of the Territory and Business Accounts) and accounts auto-assigned through rules I can tweak later.
• A short hand-off session or concise doc that shows me where to add new accounts, adjust territories, and run basic Maps reports.
You’ll likely lean on Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, the Maps configuration console, and standard Territory Management features. Once everything is live, I want to be able to pull up a map, filter by region, and instantly see which rep owns which accounts. As well as circle areas on the map to re-assign territories when needed.
