Salesforce Lightning: Restrict Login to Australia

I need assistance with configuring a Salesforce LoginFlow in my Salesforce Lightning environment. The goal is to restrict logins to my Salesforce instance from Australia only, and this restriction should apply to certain user profiles.

I got the Apex Controller, Visual force pages to work to restrict the login, but if user is logging in from Austrlaia, I am not able to find a way to continue the normal login process.

Out organisation login process is, use SSO, then MFA and then home page should come in Salesforce if user is logging in from AU, otherwise error message should display showing login is restricted.

Key Requirements:
- Implement a Salesforce LoginFlow to restrict user logins to Australia.
- Restriction should be applied to certain user profiles, not all.
- Use provided IP ranges for Australia to set up the restriction.
