Salesforce Lead Conversion Help -
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
As you are aware when you convert a Lead in Salesforce you are prompted to create a Contact, and a Business Account - assuming Commercial Lead selected.
I want the ability to create a Person Account during this conversion, and the ability to create a separate Account Record Type in place of the Business record type. I am after two items based on Lead Record type -
If Lead Record Type is Commercial -
- I was the standard Salesforce functionality to occur (Business Account is created, and "Contact/Lead" is Related via "Related Contacts" Object.
- HOWEVER - I want a Person Account created vs a Contact.
If Record Type is Personal:
- I want the Lead conversion to mimic the Business Account setup from above
- HOWEVER - instead of creating a Business Account to relate the New Person Account to I want a diiferent Record Type Account created - (already have the other Record type, and it behaves much like a Business Account).
I want the Lead Conversion process to Look and Feel just like the Native experience. I believe this can be achieved, but I just lack the technical capabilities.
