Salesforce Inbox

I need to have salesforce inbox setup in my salesforce instance. I want to be able to look at a leads/contacts/accounts and see all associated emails, and I want to be able to see an inbox with all emails. We also use Dialpad and I want to make sure that emails and calls are indexed chronologically
