Salesforce Implementation/ Administration

We are looking for a Salesforce Expert to lead the Implementation and Migration from a proprietary CRM system to Salesforce. This individual should be located in the tri-state area with the ability to work on-site at our office located in Uniondale, NY (Long Island, Nassau County). Hybrid will also be considered.
* Lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce platforms from proprietary CRM for our fast-growing company with a history of 125 years in business.
* Analyze organization needs and provide recommendations on best practices for scalable solutions to solve business problems.
* Design custom data models, and support processes to enable a new and modern customer service operation in collaboration with the sales, editorial, marketing, and technology teams.
* Lead integration mapping and data flow between systems.
* Reporting on project active progress.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a CS/engineering or related technical discipline from a reputed academic institution. Master is preferred.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud).
Strong technical knowledge integration best practices.
Experience with product development and marketing strategies preferred.
Experience with product support processes preferred.
Positive, can-do attitude with a high degree of ownership and self-motivation to drive change.
