Salesforce Freelancer in Marketing Cloud

We are looking for a Salesforce freelancer with experience in Marketing Cloud to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration and implementation, with specific expertise in Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the implementation and management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Create and manage marketing campaigns in Marketing Cloud, including email and social media campaigns

Experience with interaction studio (personalization), audience builder and creating landing pages

Provide guidance and support to team members on Marketing Cloud best practices

Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and implement solutions in Marketing Cloud

Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure the smooth operation of Marketing Cloud

Stay up-to-date with the latest Marketing Cloud features and functionality, and make recommendations for improvements to our processes

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesforce freelancer with expertise in Marketing Cloud

Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud features and functionality

Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns in Marketing Cloud

Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for Marketing Cloud issues

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus
