Salesforce Flow Training

I'm looking for someone with the availability and patience to help me through the creation of Flows that go beyond my current skill set. I've created over 50 flows in our org but I have no formal training or certifications and I sometimes run into roadblocks on how to create a flow and I often wonder if I am not following best practices.
I'm NOT looking for someone to create Flows for me. I'm looking for someone I can schedule meetings with when we are both available where I will share my screen with you and get your guidance creating certain flows. I will always share the requirements and my thoughts before we meet.
Ideally you will have strong & clear communication in English and be very experience in creating Salesforce Flows.
The current flow concept I'm stuck on (and what prompted me to post here) is a when I create a record in a certain custom Object (Website Posts) I want to run an Autolaunched Flow that will send a text message to the 500 or so recipients of one of our Subscription products (defined in custom Object "Subscriptions"). The text message will contain elements from the Website Posts object and the Subscriptions object. I believe 2 Flows are required:
• A Record triggered flow against Website Posts object
• An Autolaunched flow with a loop
When I've tried to send Text messages in this scenario using a Loop, I get the exceed 100 SoQL statements error. I can get all of this to work in a Scheduled Flow scenario, but I'd rather have a scenario where as soon as the Website Post record is created, the Text message is sent right away vs waiting for a scheduled time.
I can see this project being ongoing. I want to learn more about Flows and I'm willing to pay for your expertise if you are willing to meet with me occasionally when I get stuck or need help.
