Salesforce Expert for Process Optimization - India

I'm in need of a Salesforce expert who can help resolve the current reliability issues we are facing with our Salesforce system. Our Salesforce system is being affected by the growing data volume, leading to unreliable processes and inconsistent results. The goal of this project is to address these issues through process optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing our existing Salesforce processes to identify areas impacted by growing data volume
- Developing and implementing strategies for process optimization to improve the reliability of our Salesforce system
- Ensuring that the Salesforce system can handle the increasing data volume without compromising data processing integrity
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Extensive experience in Salesforce system management and optimization
- Proven track record in resolving process failures caused by growing data volume
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in enhancing system reliability
- Ability to work with a team to implement changes with minimal disruption to the existing system
Your main focus will be on process optimization, so any experience in similar projects will be a plus. The objective is to work with a consultant already assigned to this issue and guide her on how to resolve the problems caused by the growing data volume.
Work arrangements:
Location: India (Remote)
Hours required: 3-4 hours a day
Compliance requirements: NDA, IP, worker classification.
