Salesforce Experience Cloud Session Management

I need to implement session and cookie management for my Salesforce Lightning page.
Requirements:
- After OTP validation, create a session for 60 minutes.
- Store session ID in a cookie.
- On subsequent logins, if the session is valid, allow direct login without OTP.
- Automatically expire session after 60 minutes and redirect to login page.
- If session ID in cookie is invalid or expired, show an error message that session e.
