Salesforce Error Resolution Needed

My Sales Team has been encountering an error message on all lead information for over a week. The message reads: "We couldn't find the record you're trying to access. It may have been deleted by another user, or there may have been a system error. Ask your administrator for help."
We suspect this issue may be linked to recent configuration changes we made to our Salesforce system. Specifically, we added a round robin and altered the source of the lead's initial email.
