Salesforce End User Training

We have an instance of Salesforce (SF) that has a group of new users with mostly no SF experience. I am looking to hire a trainer to meet with myself (IT Product Manager), my Business Analyst, and Salesforce Admin to help familiarize the work we've done in order to support a trainer in 3-5 sessions with my business owners. My company is National University based mainly in the west coast of the United States, we can be somewhat flexible with time differences but would need to work within plus or minus 5 hours of Pacific Standard Time.
