Salesforce Einstein Email Capture Fix

I'm experiencing issues with my Salesforce.com Einstein Insight activities capture with Gmail. Specifically, my emails are not being captured. I believe it might be a permissions problem as I've done all the setup and verified the integration settings between Salesforce and Gmail. I'm not receiving any error messages, but it seems like no account is connected.
