Salesforce + Document OCR of PDF

I would like to have documents (standard format table with minimal variation) within a salesforce system (Salesforce Sales + Service Cloud) in pdf format taken from the Salesforce system and put through an OCR system with the resulting data in JSON or CSV format so we can upload it back into salesforce.
