Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: [“Remote”] Job Type: [Part-Time/Contract] Experience: 8+ years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and certified Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and company goals. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation. • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including administrators, business analysts, and project managers. • Participate in all phases of development including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. • Maintain and document code and processes. • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development. • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations. • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus). • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Bitbucket. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
