Salesforce Developer
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
Certifications: PD I, PD II (must)
Work with the Salesforce Business Analyst / Product Owner to validate business requirements, conduct feasibility check by doing PoCs and any considerations (security, scalability, limits), and recommend/propose technical solution/approach/options
Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
Custom User Interface development, including Lightning Web Components (must have), Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components
Integrations: Strong experience using Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization (Ephesoft, Alfresco, CORE Banking dBs etc.). Hands on experience with integrations using MuleSoft middleware
Collaborating with IT / Developers, 3rd party apps team in order to design, build integration, and do a sanity test
Best Practices: Adhere to and ensure Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development. Do Code Reviews of developers and ensure Best Practices of development are followed. Do periodic assessment of Technical Debt and create User Stories to reduce the same.
Own these Deliverables: Create As-Is High Level Interface Diagram along with interface details, Create MVP Product Backlog in JIRA. Define Integration Epics and High-Level User Stories (covering all scenarios at a high level), Create High Level Solution Design, Technical Architecture. Get the deliverables reviewed by client’s Architect Review Board.
Domain Experience in Banking and Financial Services (must)
