Job Description
For Lead with 5 Years of exp - Must have team leading experience for 2-3 projects at least
Ownership of Technical Design documentation and Estimation if required
Planning and monitoring the tasks with subordinates
Ability to independently drive requirements discussions with multiple business stakeholders
Ability to understand business problems and propose high level Salesforce solution
Proven track record of driving the project by coordinating with technical architect and Development team
Supporting Project Managers for Technical Roadmap
