countries around the globe. Currently, we manage e-commerce operations using Salesforce Commerce Cloud with ReactStorefront.io as a frontend platform. Our SF commerce cloud is integrated with the Cargowise warehouse management system, Syspro order management module, fulfillment integrated with the Cargowise 3PL system, and EDI integrations for big-box retailers.
We are looking for a Salesforce architect to help us revisit our Salesforce commerce cloud strategies that include the redevelopment of catalogs, search functionalities, dynamic content development, and developing a new regional website using Reactstorefront with Salesforce commerce cloud as a backend.
During the next 3 months we are looking to enhance our website designs, sitemap, catalogs, search functionalities, and overall improving out-of-the-box dynamic content functionalities. In the next phase, we will be looking to develop additional regional websites.
External 3rd Party apps: Currently, we are using DocuSign for resellers, big-box retailers, and b2b commerce. Twilio integrations for both outbound and inbound communication including SMS automation to support order status. Stripe and Sage x3 to manage books, accounts, and payment integration.
