My use case -

but email replies and will be managed through Salesforce until closure

3) Website Integration with contact us forms and rate inquiry

4) Gmail Email Integration with Salesforce

5) Boardline Integration with Salesforce

All phone calls received on boardline will be saved on Salesforce
