Salesforce Customization and Development

I am looking for someone doing Salesforce Customizations and Development on a regular level. First project will be: Create a Custom Lightning Component to place a Button on the Quote UI to send out an E-Mail with Attachments. This E-Mail should be send to Quote related Accounts of a certain Type and the Attachments are to be fetched from the related Quote. The Salesforce User can click this Button as soon the Quote is in Status "In Document Review".
