I am seeking a skilled Salesforce professional who can perform moderate-level customization on my platform, to optimize it for my business needs.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Salesforce customization: Your expertise in adjusting the platform to better suit my business representations and processes is key here. I require moderate-level customization to be done, beyond just the basic user interface tweaks.
- Reporting and analytics: You will also facilitate the generation of insightful reports such as sales performance reports, customer behavior analytics, and marketing effectiveness analysis. Your role will be to help me understand the sales process, customer behavior, and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns through these detailed reports and analyses.
To be successful in this project, you should have a deep understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities. Proficiency in Salesforce customization, data management, and reporting/analytics is critical. You should be able to interpret my business needs and translate them into functional customization on the platform.
