Salesforce Consultancy - Help required with developing a basic FSM Salesforce system

We are about to expand from two teams to five teams in February 2022 and are using this as an exciting opportunity to implement a FSM / CRM system. We are engaging Salesforce Field Service Lighting and are looking for assistance in setting this up.
You would be working with our in-house developer to take the SF 'out the box' product and customise it for our needs. Much of the product is already well-designed for what we need but it will need some customisation and potentially some integrations with other software we currently use.
Specifically, we'd love to engage with someone who buys into our vision for what we are trying to create and who has a deep understanding of Salesforce FSM products. Below is a basic outline of what we need and an overview of timelines:
- Architecture / design - consultation on what we require and what systems will be needed. We need to scope out the entire project and develop a phased approach.
- Phased plan - once scoped, we would like a phased plan for how we can achieve this. The phased plan would include a delegation of what you will enact and what our in-house develop will do.
- Development / Admin - implementing the software and customising it to our needs as per the phased plan.
- On-going support / consultation - having a strong connection with the company to develop the software in the future to adapt to our changing needs. Being proactive in the on-going success of this project.
We require someone to start from W/C 3rd January 2022. The MVP needs to be ready for W/C 14th February 2022 to begin trialing.
We look forward to reviewing your applications - I must stress, we are keen for someone who is engaged with the process and what we do as a company. We want to develop a prosperous working relationship and do not want someone who is just interested in putting some time in to develop a system.
