Salesforce Configuration for Sales and Project Updates

I'm looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to streamline my Salesforce dashboard.

Key Requirements:
- Configure Salesforce to provide a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand view of our sales, wins, and opportunities against our quotas. This should be viewable on a monthly basis, as well as Year-To-Date (YTD).
- Implement a system that allows our technical team to update project statuses directly in Salesforce once an opportunity is won. This system should vary based on the type of project.

The successful freelancer will ideally have:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce configurations
- A strong understanding of data visualization techniques
- Proven track record of working with similar requirements
