Salesforce Commerce Cloud Consulting

I have access to a sandbox on commerce cloud and when I goto a pdp, content asset, or category page I have to access it via the site id and s parameter like so. sandboxdomain.com/s/siteid/content-asset. I used to be able to access it without the /s/siteid/ prefix, how can I change that functionality? Can someone get on a zoom with me and help me fix that?
