Salesforce AppExchange Integration App via a RESTful API

Our company has a web-based order management platform for ordering real estate appraisal reports and we want to extend it by integrating it with Salesforce App Exchange via a RESTful API.
We need to develop a Salesforce AppExchange App to connect to our EVO order management system via a third-party Integrations in using RESTful web services. The app will allow users to complete various function from within Salesforce Lighting without needed to logon to our EVO. The Salesforce integration interface will emulate the EVO order management as closely as possible. We have created a Salesforce example app to demonstrate what we are looking for. We only will work with a team or individual that has previously developed and successfully submitted the app to the Salesforce AppExchange and CAN show this as part of their portfolio. The Salesforce AppExchange submission process is complicated and has a difficult security review. We want someone that has experience developing for AppExchange and getting the app approved since we have never done it before.
