Salesforce Apex coder

I need to build a service application where there is a login page. Using the login page,when the customer log's in, he should be seeing a welcome header below that he should be seeing a form where he can raise a ticket.
Later on the service desk associate should log in to the same app and should only the see the ticket along with the user's location in a map next to the form.
I need this task using aura components
