Expertise in Salesforce Administrator - advanced administrator certification/ certified administrator
Experience in implementing Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience cloud solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
Support solution design and technical implementation
Code and deploy applications in a cross-platform, cross-browser environment
Experience with custom workflow, Flows, Notifications, Approval processes, Lightning Process Builder
Ensure all developments are fully documented, go through a testing process, and meet design requirements
