Searching for a seasoned Salesforce administrator to manage around 5 user profiles and execute extensive customization and configuration for our organization. We are currently utilizing Service Cloud of Salesforce's platform.
You will need to:
- Manage and update user profiles as required
- Customize and configure our system to fit our organization's unique needs
Those with previous experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud in a similar capacity will be at a clear advantage.
