SalesForce access security review

I'm in need of a SalesForce access security review with a focus on user permissions, as I suspect there are unnecessary access levels. This review should be detailed, and include clear recommendations for how to best secure access. Additionally, an implementation plan should be provided to help ensure the recommended practices are implemented in a timely and efficient fashion.
