SalesForce Report filter to remove Weekend

Hi,
I am looking to add a filter/option in salesforce reporting to make sure it filters out the weekends. We have salesforce cases SLA of cases to be completed within 3 days but if someone creates a case on Friday it counts weekend time as well. We want to make sure our salesforce report doesn't include Saturday and Sunday when counting 3 days SLA in dashboard reporting.
Please let me know if there is someone who can help with this, I can't share my office reports as this is for company use only but happy to provide more info if needed.
